Greetings.
I've been a dA member on and off since December of 2003. I used to be very much so into traditional art, only dabbling into digital art after meeting some wonderful artists on an MMO called Dark Ages:
Though I doubt either would remember me. I was kinda a brat.
I'm very big into gaming, I tend to get very addicted to a title for a while before switching to a new one. This is.. mostly MMOs and Nintendo games. That leads me to my current focus and why this dA account is suddenly becoming active.
Nuzlockes. I don't know what it is, perhaps it's the prospect of making a story and being more attached to something from my childhood on a whole other level.
Anyways, a little about me as a person: I have an INFJ personality with a rather neutral good outlook on things. I'm a senior at Syracuse University working on my last semester for my BS in Biochemistry. I used to be a bit of an 'artist' (if you could call it that), but educational demands made me sacrifice my creativity entirely for a repetitive, stressful life. I aim to reclaim that now.
(I have a really strange and sick sense of humor.)

I've gotten unlazy enough to produce something for the 17th day of the Pokemon Month challenge. It's not quite done yet (but will be when it's posted, obvs.), but I'm really excited about it.
Mostly because I've been spending my waking hours juggling it and only a tiny bit of video gaming.
VERY PROUD.
MUCH EXCITE.
Honestly, my next step I think will just be to script my Nuzlocke so I can continue to take the baby steps I'm doing so I don't burn out immediately like last late winter. Scripting will be easy since it's just lots of typing and that's what I'm good at. And if that's done.. well. I might as well finish the rest.

There was a lot of moving and being borderline broke and then unemployment forever and then.. yeah.
A bunch of excuses and crap. Thankfully I don't really have any bit of a following so I don't feel too much guilt, but I am mildly disappointed in myself because I was going to make this a productive year. Alas, all I did was avoid being unemployed for more than 2 months.
My computer had a melt down and I'm running off a 6 year old graphics card to pet battle in WoW to keep my sanity. Now that I'm switching to third shift at this job I have, I've survived training and am part of the family now.

Anytime I feel like I get some free time to spend a few days doodling, something comes up.
It looks like May will be the start, especially including the fact that I haven't even been able to continue playing the second White2 run.
I'm terrible.

He seems to be doing better in some aspects, but there's still the residual "I'm a failure" + morbid jokes going on. He is at least being more vocal about things and bringing to surface some past traumas to see if it would make him feel better.
All in all I feel like progress is there, it's just not as good as it could be given the environment.
